You can call us on 0800 030 8308.
Helpline is open:
- 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, 7 October to 7 November
- 9am - 4pm Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 October 2019
A text relay service is also available. If you would like to make use of this, please dial 18001 0800 030 8308.
Use BSL relay service
British Sign Language users can make use of the ContactSCOTLAND free video relay service to ask a question or request something.
